Overview
Henry Luxury Estates provides a registered Warsaw business address on Aleje Jerozolimskie — the address a company puts on its KRS or CEIDG filing, its tax correspondence, its invoices and its website — plus conference rooms in the building.
The challenge
The customer is usually a founder registering a company in Poland, often from abroad, and the entire purchase turns on one question: will the authorities accept this address? Everything else — price, décor, flexibility — is secondary to that, and no amount of styling substitutes for answering it.
How we approached it.
Led with the acceptance question
KRS, CEIDG, US, ZUS, RODO, NIP and REGON named on the page, with the specific annexes and clauses that govern them — the answer stated in the terms the buyer's accountant will ask about.
Put the whole offer in writing
Transparent annual pricing from 69 zł a month, a stated 24-hour activation after KYC, and the AML and RODO commitments carried as contract references rather than reassuring adjectives.
Built the client panel
Customers sign in to manage their subscription and their address rather than emailing the office — the service is software after the first day, not a lease.
Added room booking on top
Conference rooms bookable directly from the site, turning the physical building into an upsell the subscription can carry.
