Overview
Meyis is a Warsaw accounting and advisory office working with companies and small businesses — bookkeeping, payroll, HR, company formation and work permits. Much of their client base runs a business in Poland without speaking Polish as a first language, which is exactly what the old site couldn't handle.
The challenge
Their clients arrive in seven different languages and with very different questions: a sole trader wants to know what they'll take home, an international firm needs to know if their books are compliant. One Polish-only brochure site served neither, and every question still had to be answered by phone.
How we approached it.
Built it multilingual from the foundation
Every page, service and article ships in English, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Romanian — including right-to-left support for Arabic — rather than being bolted on as a translation widget.
Gave each service its own page
Nine service areas — from accounting and HR to customs, transport and IP — each with a page that answers the question a client would otherwise ring up to ask.
Shipped calculators that answer the first question
Net-salary, income-tax and VAT calculators do the maths on the spot, so a visitor gets a real number before they ever book a call.
Made it a place worth returning to
A blog and a regulatory news feed covering the things clients get caught by — KSeF, JPK CIT, the 2026 minimum wage, foreign-worker rules — plus booking and WhatsApp contact on every page.
