Overview

Global Trade Group sources from China and imports into Poland: manufacturer research, sampling and own-brand production, ocean freight out of Yantian into Gdańsk, then clearance, duty and VAT. A second line takes the goods to market — seller accounts, listings and ad campaigns across Allegro, Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, eMAG and ERLI, or a store of their own.

The challenge

Importing is sold in jargon. A buyer asking for a price is expected to already know what FOB, CIF and DDP commit them to — and most sourcing agents quietly stop at the port, leaving clearance, duty and VAT to be discovered late and by someone else. The site had to make the handover point obvious before anyone picks up the phone.
