Overview

Master Foot treats feet for children and adults — ingrown nails, corns, cracked heels and routine podological care — from a Warsaw clinic open from ten in the morning until eight at night.

The challenge

People arrive at a podologist in discomfort, searching for a specific problem, and they want to know three things immediately: can you fix this, what does it cost, and how soon can I come in. A site organised around the clinic rather than the complaint answers none of them fast enough.

How we approached it.

01

Organised it by the complaint

Ingrown nails, corns, cracked heels — the symptom someone actually typed into a search box is the way into the site, not a list of clinical departments.

02

Put the prices and the clock on the page

Every treatment listed with its price and how long it takes, from a 20-minute consultation to a two-hour podological pedicure, so cost and time off work are both known before booking.

03

Kept one action throughout

Book a visit, in the header and repeated down the page — for someone in pain, the fewer decisions between arriving and booking, the better.

04

Ran paid search behind it

Google Ads on the treatment searches people make when a foot problem stops being ignorable, pointed at the pages that answer them.
