Overview
Nalan Trade sells two things that customers usually buy from two different companies: insurance — life, business and property — and vehicle leasing, working with partners including PZU, Vehis and Alior Bank. The site had to make one advisor out of two product lines.
The challenge
Insurance and leasing are both products people put off because they look complicated. Presented as two separate menus they look like twice the homework, and neither private customers nor growing companies could tell in a glance whether Nalan was for them.
How we approached it.
Led with one promise, not two menus
"Eksperckie usługi dla biznesu i życia" — one partner for insurance and leasing — with the split into product categories held back until the visitor has a reason to care.
Made the process the reassurance
A three-step path — tell us what you need, compare the options we bring back, activate your plan — so a complicated purchase reads as three short moves.
Put the partners on the page
PZU, Vehis and Alior Bank named up front: for a broker, whose paper you're actually signing is the trust signal that matters.
Built one route to a quote
"Otrzymaj ofertę" in the header and repeated through the page, alongside a talk-to-an-advisor option — both lines feed the same enquiry, browsable vehicles included.
